ABOUT

Poppy Moelter

Poppy has been passionate about vibrant health and the optimal alignment of body, mind, and spirit since she was very young. While studying Psychology and Physical Education in college and working in the whole foods industry, she followed her heart into the field of massage therapy. During 32 years of a thriving practice as a Licensed Massage Therapist, her continued education included years of training in many related healing modalities. This led to training and numerous experiences in the role of energy and intentional healing (including self-healing), emotional regulation, and personal empowerment.

Poppy has been fascinated by the ever-emerging science of human consciousness. This has informed her understanding of how we are biologically wired as humans and the power of our untapped potential, especially the role and power of the heart and heart-brain harmony.

Her studies and explorations with numerous teachers of consciousness, epigenetics, evolution and human potential eventually led Poppy to discover the research and work of the HeartMath® Institute. She was inspired by their ongoing research into the role of the heart and how emotions can be used as a doorway into higher states of coherent function, intuition, and resilience. After using the HeartMath System to address her own health struggles with complications from a Lyme related illness, she became a HeartMath® Certified Mentor. This positioned her to work with individuals and small groups to assist them in enhancing their resilience and personal potential, offering them the same benefits she has gained using the HeartMath System.

Poppy's journey has also included the discovery and creation of a moving meditation called Intuitive Movement (IM). IM allowed her to keep actively moving with comfort when the Lyme related illness prevented her from tolerating other forms of exercise or dance. She offers classes, experiences, and retreats incorporating IM and other tools of personal exploration.

Poppy finds it deeply satisfying to assist others in enriching their lives by accessing their heart intelligence and integrating more of their fullest potential.
